Fort de cette\u00a0formation, de mes exp\u00e9riences et de mes rencontres, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de concr\u00e9tiser un projet de longue date: l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat dans le conseil et la formation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Un constat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Ce projet \u00e9mane tout d&rsquo;abord d&rsquo;un constat confort\u00e9 au cours des ann\u00e9es: un manque d&rsquo;ad\u00e9quation assez fr\u00e9quent entre les environnements de travail d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, les objectifs et les besoins des op\u00e9rateurs de l&rsquo;autre.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Des logiciels financ\u00e9s \u00e0 prix d&rsquo;or et tr\u00e8s peu utilis\u00e9s par les op\u00e9rateurs, des rythmes de travail inadapt\u00e9s produisant de l\u2019absent\u00e9isme\u00a0et du turnover, des politiques\u00a0manag\u00e9riales contre-productives, des locaux ou des postes de travail sources de difficult\u00e9s au quotidien, &#8230;\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Une conviction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La v\u00e9ritable richesse des entreprises, ce sont les femmes et les hommes qui les composent. De par leurs capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;adaptation, de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9activit\u00e9, ce sont les seules composantes des syst\u00e8mes de travail qui sont indispensables et irrempla\u00e7ables. Ainsi, mettre l&rsquo;humain dans les meilleures dispositions, c&rsquo;est la garantie\u00a0de tendre vers\u00a0un cercle vertueux, profitant aussi bien aux op\u00e9rateurs qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise et ses dirigeants. La vie de l&rsquo;entreprise ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 des int\u00e9r\u00eats divergents entre les salari\u00e9s et la direction, bien au contraire. Le \u00ab\u00a0gagnant-gagnant\u00a0\u00bb, cela existe, et c&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce que nous tentons de d\u00e9montrer chaque jour \u00e0 travers la pratique de l&rsquo;ergonomie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Un objectif<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;objectif majeur d&rsquo;Ergopolis est de faire honneur \u00e0 la confiance accord\u00e9e par nos clients et nos partenaires, en apportant des solutions bas\u00e9es sur une d\u00e9marche d&rsquo;analyse efficiente et objective.
